Customer Portfolio Account Executive – Contract Renewals – Customer Experience £30,000 basic with 10K easy bonus on top AND 26 days holidays plus all BH - Monday to Friday 9-5pm with awesome on site gym and Times Top 100 winning culture! Superb fast-paced B2B account management role – contract renewals – objection handling – grow a portfolio of accounts -progression to Relationship Manager role after 12 months 100% account management - 2 years account management experience essential! Start end Jan/Feb 2025! Office based in gorgeous Manchester. (Very close to public transport & parking) Grow an exciting client base – Manage retain, negotiate, upsell and cross sell – 100% contract renewals and upgrades. The Role: * Grow the partner portfolio, by developing and nurturing your accounts to ensure a thorough understanding of products and services to maximise sales opportunities. * Day-to-day management of the portfolio, including consultant training sessions (either online or face to face), proactive outreach to existing partners * Regular meetings face-to-face (where appropriate) and virtual meetings, phone calls and emails to manage partners Who will you be? * A salesperson, motivated and determined to do well with very strong 2 years+ in B2B sales with the ability to thrive in a KPI driven environment * Passionate about well-being and offering a genuinely (potentially) life changing solution and service * You will no1 have the right morals and attitude towards this solution and a passion for it, but still confident and capable of hitting targets and achieving a genuinely achievable, lucrative bonus/commission Contact Natalie @ Duval about this exciting account management role based in Manchester
