Job Description
My client are a well established construction company that work on high rise residential schemes. Due to an increase in workload they are looking for a Senior Construction Manager to join them, first project being a new build apartment scheme in East London!

Their ideal candidate will have:
* Excellent leadership skills.
* Experience managing package managers
* Motivated and driven individual.
* Proven history of working on projects through to completion.
* Experience working on residential projects (student accom./BTR)
Duties will include:
* Taking lead of the construction activity on site
* Ensuring the project is ran in line with the programme.
* Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is within the budget set.
* Managing relationship with the client.
* Ensuring a high level of health & safety is adhered to at all times.
* Quality control.
* Direct line management for trade package managers.
