📍 London (Hybrid – 4 days in office)
💰 £70,000 – £90,000 + Bonus & Benefits

The Opportunity
✔ Lead compliance across FCA, SEC & GFSC.
✔ Act as MLRO, overseeing AML & financial crime.
✔ Develop governance structures & risk frameworks.
✔ Collaborate with investors, legal teams & leadership.
What We’re Looking For
✔ 5+ years in compliance, trade finance, or financial services.
✔ MLRO experience or strong AML, KYC & financial crime expertise.
✔ Knowledge of FCA, SEC & GFSC regulations.
✔ Strong stakeholder management skills.
