The role
We are looking for a Civils Technician or Senior Civil Technician to join a growing multidisciplinary consultancy based in Braintree. Specialising in Civil & Structural engineering, this well-established firm supports projects across residential, commercial, education and healthcare sectors. They are known for delivering innovative and cost-effective solutions, from initial feasibility through to detailed design and construction.
What you'll be doing
Producing detailed civil engineering drawings and designs using Civil 3D
Supporting engineers in the design of highways, drainage, and infrastructure schemes
Working on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and public sector developments
Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutionsBenefits:

Annual Leave: 25 days per annum (pro-rata: January - December) inclusive of 3 days for our Christmas office shutdown
Life Assurance Cover with Metlife Group.
Probation Period: 6 months with a 3-month mid-term probation review.
Hybrid working, applicable post 3-month mid-term probation review (3 days based in the office, 2 days working from home).
