Job Description
Buttons Recruitment are recruiting for a Senior Care Home Support Worker for one of it's clients based in Eye, Suffolk.
They are recruiting for 1 x Day Senior Care Home Support Worker and 1 x Night Senior Care Home Support Worker.
Are you an experienced Senior Care Home Support Worker, with a minimum of 1 years experience in the role.
Do you want to deliver exceptional care to those being cared for.

Due to the location of the home, being a driver is ideal although not a disadvantage if you do not.
Full training and induction is given with ongoing training.
About you:
You will be a strong communicator, both written and verbal.
You will be willing to deliver personal care at times.
Ideally you will have had previous experience of Care Planning, appraisals & supervisions, but training will be given to the right candidate.
A leader who leads and upskills their teams
You will report directly to the Deputy Manager & Registered Manager
You will want to offer the best care possible.
Ideally you will be working towards a Level 3 Dipolma in Health & Social Care, or willing to work towards one.
