Job Description
Our client are looking for an addition of two fantastic Senior Care Assistants to join their team and support not only the resdients, but the staff too. You will be required to work alongside the other senior care assistants and team leaders to ensure the safe running of the home. The home is currently home to 40 residents at this time. The home specialise in delivering care for those with dementia, disabilties, respite care and general older person care.
The Role:
* Monitoring and addressing care, environment, or staffing issues, escalating concerns to the Registered Manager as needed.
* Administering medications and supporting residents with activities and personal care
* Teaching and guiding new staff
If you have an NVQ 2 or 3, and are medication trained then apply right away!
Hours: 36 pw
Salary: £12.50
