Job Description

The Company: A dynamic, multi-disciplinary Property & Construction Consultancy, delivering projects across all sectors of the built environment. Whilst working hard, they also know how to let off steam through various company events such as: Trips to the Cricket, Sporting watch-along events in the office with Deliveroo & drinks. For last year’s company party, the London & Manchester offices got together for a big company away day in the Cotswolds! The Role: They are looking for an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to be the latest addition to their Manchester Surveying team & branch! The ideal candidate must be well experienced and be able to work effectively as part of a team & individually. You will also need to have an analytical mind and exceptional organisational skills to ensure all projects are delivered on time & to the highest standard. You can have the opportunity to balance your time between their Manchester & London offices, working on challenging schemes within the high-end residential, commercial & industrial sectors. They specialise mostly in the private sector, focusing on the value of projects rather than quantities, with project values typically ranging from £10M - £100M. Whilst the bulk of their work is traditionally within the High-End Residential, Commercial Offices & Industrial sectors, the business still works across a wide variety of other sectors including Mixed-Use, Student Accommodation, Leisure & Hotels.
