About the Role

This position is ideal for a highly skilled AV professional who enjoys problem-solving, programming, and working on cutting-edge installations. You’ll be involved in the entire process, from software development and system commissioning to overseeing final project stages and ensuring seamless delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Developing and programming advanced AV control systems for high-spec residential projects.
Managing the configuration, commissioning, and integration of bespoke AV solutions.
Collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless execution across multiple project phases.
Attending client sites for system testing, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning.
Ensuring the highest standards in installation, performance, and user experience.
Providing mentorship and guidance to junior programmers and technical staff.
Overseeing the final phases of project delivery, ensuring successful implementation. What You’ll Need:
Extensive experience in AV programming and systems integration.
Proficiency in Crestron programming (Master-level preferred), Cisco networking, and C# is a plus but not essential.
A strong grasp of AV, IT networks, and project coordination.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
Willingness to travel for project work, including internationally.
