About the Firm:
Oculus Legal Group is partnering with a highly respected Glasgow-based law firm known for delivering personalised and expert legal services across Scotland.
Role Overview:
Our client seeks a Senior Associate/Legal Director of Private Client Services to lead their small yet well established Private Client team. This role is crucial to their succession planning, with the view of taking over from the current Partner and managing services including wills, powers of attorney, executries, and trusts.
Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Lead and inspire the Private Client team, ensuring top-quality legal support and smooth succession planning.
*
Client Services: Provide expert legal advice on wills, powers of attorney, executries, and trusts. Build strong client relationships and handle complex cases with empathy.
*
Business Development: Identify growth opportunities within the Private Client sector, promoting the firm’s services across Scotland.
*
Compliance: Ensure legal compliance and implement best practices within the team.
Qualifications:
* Qualified solicitor with a focus on private client services - ideally at least 6+ years PQE.
