Job Description

Senior Accounts Administrator Our Wakefield based client are currently seeking an experienced – Senior Accounts Administrator to join their team. The role will be working for a specialist provider of water and fire safety systems with a reputation for delivering an exceptional and proven product to its clients across a wide spectrum. The successful candidate will assist in the development of new business and existing account management. Overseeing of the companies accounting functions is vital to this role along with working & reporting closely with our Managing & Finance Director. You must possess the willingness and ability to learn and progress within a busy working environment. Day to day responsibilities: * Credit Control * Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable * Raising Applications & Invoices * Final Account Preparation * Monitoring Job Efficiency & Job Costing * Working closely with the Commercial & QS department * Procurement * Stock Control * Bank Reconciliation * General accounting duties Must have a good knowledge and understanding of: * Sage * Excel * Construction Industry * Credit Control Other Benefits * Company Pension * Free onsite parking * Competitive salary
