Location: USA - Remote Salary: $105K-$115K Are you an experienced account manager looking to take the next step in your career within medical communications? We are partnering with a growing healthcare agency that specializes in delivering strategic communications, education, and market access solutions for pharmaceutical and biotech clients. They are seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive the execution of impactful projects. The Role As a Senior Account Manager, you will work closely with pharmaceutical and healthcare clients, supporting them across marketing, medical, sales, market access, and training initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: Managing multiple client projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, budgets, and timelines. Advising clients on effective communication and engagement strategies to reach key audiences. Developing and presenting proposals to expand and strengthen client relationships. Collaborating with internal teams-including scientific, creative, and operations-to ensure seamless project execution. Keeping up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform client strategies. Supporting business development efforts, including contributions to RFP responses and proactive recommendations.About You To thrive in this role, you should have: A bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field. At least four years of experience in medical communications, pharmaceutical marketing, HCP Marketing, or healthcare advertising, including at least two years in account management. Excellent communication, relationship management, and strategic thinking skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
