SEND Service Manager
£450 per day (inside iR35)
3-6-month contract with a view to being extend.
Fully remote working

Spencer Clarke Group are looking for an experienced Service Manager for our local authority client in the Southwest of England.
As the SEND Service Manager, you will be responsible for the successful management and development of the SEND team whilst providing your own expertise to improve service projects, communication whilst leading several teams to drive improvement.
Essential Requirements:
Senior leadership experience within a local authority SEND (special educational needs & disability) setting.
Knowledge of local SEND systems and SEND Code of Practice are essential.
Duties include but not limited:
Managing assessment and annual reviews.
Reporting on key data corporately and to the DfE.
Play a key role in supporting access to and availability of appropriate education provision.
Skills required:
Ability to build meaningful relationships with all stakeholders.
Strong decision making.
Innovative problem solving and strategic thinking.
