The school focuses on nurturing students' social, emotional, and mental wellbeing, offering specialised interventions to address a range of challenges and diagnoses such as ADHD, SpLD, MLD, OCD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia, Foetal Alcohol Syndrome, and more. Additionally, the learners may experience significant social and communication difficulties stemming from trauma or complex emotional issues.

Ideal candidates will:
* Possess at least 6 weeks of recent experience working with children and young people within the last 2 years.
* Have previous experience managing challenging behaviors in educational or care settings.
* Demonstrate confidence and excellent communication skills.
* Work effectively within a collaborative learning support team.
