Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking for a rewarding role in a supportive educational environment? Teaching Personnel is seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join a specialist school in Newton Abbot, helping to make a real difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs.

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent or Temp-to-Perm
Your Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of pupils with SEN.
Adapt teaching methods to support individual learning styles and abilities.
Work closely with teaching assistants and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
Foster a positive, safe, and nurturing atmosphere for students.
Collaborate with parents, carers, and external professionals to support student development.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
Experience working with children and young people with SEN.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Passion for inclusive education and supporting students with additional needs.
