The Role - SEN Teacher
As an SEN Teacher, you will:
Deliver Tailored Lessons
Plan and deliver individualised learning programmes
Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse SEN needs
Foster a nurturing and structured classroom environmentSupport Students' Development
Work with students with autism, ADHD, SEMH, and complex needs
Implement strategies to support communication and social skills
Encourage independence and confidence in learnersWork as Part of a Team
Collaborate with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and therapists
Liaise with parents and carers to support student progress
Take part in training and CPD to enhance SEN expertise
Who We're Looking For - SEN Teacher
A qualified SEN Teacher with QTS or QTLS
Experience working with students with special educational needs
Strong classroom management and behaviour support skills
A compassionate, patient, and adaptable teaching style
Passion for inclusive education and helping children succeed
