Job Description
Are you a passionate and proactive Special Educational Needs (SEN) Specialist with a strong background in supporting children with autism and ADHD? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Telford.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to children with autism and ADHD, ensuring their inclusion and progress within a mainstream setting.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to develop and implement effective individual education plans (IEPs).
Foster a positive and nurturing environment to enhance students' social, emotional, and academic development.What We're Looking For:
Proven experience working with children with autism and ADHD.
A proactive, solution-focused approach to meeting diverse needs.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Relevant qualifications in SEN support or education (desirable but not essential).This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a supportive school community.
