A "Good" Ofsted-rated school in Uxbridge is seeking an enthusiastic SEN Form Tutor / PE Teacher to work with Pathway 1 groups (lower-ability students). This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and adaptable teacher who is passionate about supporting students with diverse learning needs.
Key Responsibilities of the SEN Form Tutor / PE Teacher :
* Deliver engaging and accessible PE lessons tailored to students' abilities.
* Provide pastoral support as a form tutor, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
* Adapt teaching strategies to support the learning and personal development of students with additional needs.
* Work closely with support staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
