A fantastic SEN school near Trowbridge is seeking a dedicated Classroom Mentor to provide 1:1 and group support to students with special educational needs. This is a long-term role starting ASAP and continuing until July 2025.
You will be working with students aged 3 to 18 with a variety of needs, including Autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, behavioural challenges, sensory processing difficulties, physical disabilities, and communication barriers. Your role will involve:
Providing emotional, academic, and well-being support
Assisting with behaviour management and emotional regulation
Collaborating with the SENCo and class teachers to ensure students reach their learning objectivesThe school are looking for…

Experience working with children (especially those with additional needs) is beneficial, but your personality and passion matter most!

Pay: £80 to £95 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30
