Security Guard
Reports to: Head of Estates
Location: Trowbridge
Salary: £24,500-£26,500
Type: 37 hours per weekDovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Trowbridge.
Main Duties
Conduct tours to encourage lanyard use and respectful behaviour.
Supervise behaviour across designated areas.
Monitor common rooms during break times.
Handle incidents involving unauthorized individuals on campus.
Build rapport with individuals, reporting those at risk to the safeguarding team.
Report breaches of a code of conduct.
Communicate regularly with the Safeguarding and Tutorial Team to maintain a safe culture.Requirements
SIA License
Experience of working with young people and vulnerable adults
GCSE Level or equivalent
Enhanced DBS - desired
