Job Description
Security Guard – Construction Site (Bicester) – Long-Term Project
* Location: Bicester
* Job Duration: Long-term
* Pay Rate: Competitive
City Calling is currently recruiting experienced Security Guards for a government construction project in Bicester. This is an excellent long-term opportunity for individuals with the right qualifications and experience to work on a high-profile site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitoring and controlling site access to ensure only authorized personnel enter
* Conducting regular site patrols to maintain security and safety standards
* Reporting and responding to security incidents in line with site procedures
* Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and site regulations
* Working closely with site management and other security personnel
Requirements:
* SIA License – Valid Security Industry Authority license required
* CSCS Card – Must have a valid CSCS card for site access
* EL1 Security Clearance – Candidates must be willing and able to complete the EL1 background check as required for government projects
* Previous experience in construction site security is preferred
* Strong communication skills and the ability to handle security-related situations professionally
