Our client, a leading fire and security company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality services, is seeking an experienced Security Engineer to join their expanding team. This position will focus on working with both residential and commercial clients across London.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, service, maintain, and fault-find security systems, including intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.
Diagnose and resolve system faults efficiently to ensure system reliability.
Collaborate with clients to design bespoke security solutions tailored to their needs.
Deliver exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong client relationships.Skills and Experience:
Proven Expertise: Demonstrable experience in the installation, servicing, and fault diagnosis of security systems.
Technical Skills: Skilled in working with intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.
Problem-Solving: Methodical approach to resolving technical issues under pressure.
Communication: Clear and effective communication, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical clients.
