The Role:
As Section Engineer, you will:
Provide technical expertise and support to the Project Manager and Site Manager in the execution of marine civil engineering projects.
Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of construction activities, including site surveys, ground investigation, and the installation of marine structures.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and relevant standards, including those related to marine construction and environmental regulations.
Manage and supervise a team of site engineers, technicians, and operatives.
Monitor progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement solutions to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Contribute to a safe and efficient working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.What We're Looking For:
A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Proven experience as a Section Engineer or similar role within the marine civil engineering sector.
Strong understanding of marine construction techniques, including dredging, piling, breakwater construction, and the installation of offshore structures.
Excellent knowledge of relevant engineering software and design tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
