Are you an experienced Section Engineer or a skilled professional who has progressed from working on the tools to leading on-site operations? We have an exciting opportunity to join a critical infrastructure project in the nuclear sector, where you'll play a key role in managing and delivering HVAC systems to the highest standards.
The Section Engineer Role:
* Oversee and manage the installation, quality, and commissioning of HVAC systems within a highly regulated environment
* Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with rigorous quality and safety standards
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project milestones
* Conduct inspections, testing, and validation to ensure optimal system performance
* Provide technical solutions to installation challenges, ensuring seamless integration with other systems
What We're Looking For:
* Experience as a Section Engineer in HVAC or a similar discipline
* Alternatively, hands-on HVAC experience with a proven track record of career progression
* Strong understanding of installation, commissioning, and quality assurance in regulated environments (nuclear experience is advantageous)
* Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams
* Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC systems
