Aspire people are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Supply Teacher to join our supply teacher network and work in a dynamic and supportive across Lincoln. The successful supply teacher will be responsible for delivering lessons to a variety of year groups and ensuring the smooth running of the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering engaging and interactive supply lessons across a range of subjects and year groups
* Following the school's behaviour management policies and procedures
* Marking and providing feedback on students' work
* Maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment
* Communicating effectively with students, colleagues, and parents
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
* Experience teaching in UK schools
* Strong behaviour management skills
* Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and styles
* Passion for education and commitment to improving students' lives
