Key Responsibilities:
As a Secondary Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students, including those in SEND provisions.
Adapt teaching methods and materials to support the individual learning needs of students, ensuring academic progress and personal development.
Build strong relationships with pupils, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters trust and engagement.
Encourage resilience and a growth mindset by employing innovative and creative teaching practices that promote student success.
Collaborate with teaching assistants, SEND specialists, and other staff to create personalised learning plans for students and ensure the best outcomes for all.
Maintain high standards of classroom management, ensuring positive behaviour and implementing school policies effectively.
Assess and monitor student progress through regular feedback and support, contributing to student achievement.
