The Job We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Secondary Drama Teacher to join this vibrant team. In this role, you will: Plan and deliver engaging lessons to students of varying abilities, aligned with the national curriculum. Inspire a love for theatre, performance, and dramatic expression. Support students’ development through differentiated instruction, ensuring all learners achieve their potential. Work collaboratively with colleagues to foster a cohesive and innovative Performing Arts department. Contribute to extracurricular activities, including school productions, drama clubs, or theatre workshops.Could This Be Right For You? Are You….. Qualified: Hold a teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) and a degree in Drama or a related field. Experienced: Ideally, have 2+ years of experience teaching Drama, though we are open to ECTs with a strong passion for teaching. Skilled: Demonstrate excellent communication, classroom management, and lesson planning abilities. Personable: Resilient, adaptable, and a team player who can build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Desirable Skills: Experience teaching Drama at GCSE or A-Level. SEN experience or training.
