Cover Supervisor
Location: Northampton
Daily Rate: £(Apply online only) Per Day.
Days: Monday to Friday, Term Time Only
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm
Start Date: September 2024

LTF Recruitment are working alongside a Secondary School based in Northampton who are looking to appoint a cover supervisor to start September, for a long-term contract covering until July 2025
Roles & Responsibilities:
Providing general support to the school and its pupils
Supervise and lead classes under guidance and instructions set by the teacher.
Communicate with the teacher, providing feedback and updates on student progression and behaviour.
Maintain effective classroom management, ensuring that behaviour is in line with school expectations.
Be motivated and ambitious with a goal to support children to reach their full potential.
Attending weekly CPD sessions within school training programme.
Candidate Requirements:
A relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience within a secondary school setting.
A passion for supporting students to learn and develop.
Experience as a cover supervisor is desirable, however experienced teaching assistants are encouraged to apply.
