Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Serve as the main point of contact for clients from initial booking through customs clearance to final delivery, ensuring exceptional service at every step.
Operational Oversight: Manage the end-to-end operational process of sea freight shipments, liaising with overseas agents, port authorities, and ensuring seamless coordination from origin to destination.
Customs Processing: Handle inbound sea customs processes through NI and ROI systems, ensuring all procedures are completed efficiently and accurately.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any operational challenges that arise, keeping clients informed and ensuring smooth deliveries.What You'll Bring:
