Look no further.  Working for this global leader in healthcare product provision, as a Scheduling Administrator, your role will be to ensure engineers’ work is planned, all parts required are available and to assist with contract reviews among other requirements. You'll support engineers in achieving their targets and assist the Service Centre Manager and Head of Service Centre Operations with stock management, including ordering, reporting, and control.  Managing stock for Field Service Engineers in Scotland and ensuring warranty parts are returned to HQ as per company policy is key. You'll also handle job sheets and administrative documents, ensuring they are submitted accurately and on time. Participation in contract review meetings may be required, and you'll provide support in the Service Centre Manager's absence, reporting to senior management. Although it would be ideal for you to have worked in a scheduling role before, having a good administrative background would absolutely work for this role too. Sound like you?
