TXM Recruit are working with an award winning, M&E services contractor who are looking for an experienced Scheduler/Administrator to join their contracts team in their Stockport.
MAIN DUTIES
* Maintain engineers’ diaries and supporting databases.
* Liaise with the coordinate team, engineers and Sub-Contractors to ensure works are completed on time and on budget
* Oversee investigations around complaints, queries or concerns for clients, tenants or engineers
* Offer support on all the above to other teams.
* Use bespoke diary management system to effectively schedule works to provide quick and efficient service.
* Ensure resident concerns are attended to and completed within agreed timeframe
* Deal with inbound and outbound calls
Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.
12-week contract, possibility for extension.
Pay: £12 Per hour
REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
* Industry experience in planning/scheduling works.
* Maintenance scheduler experience.
* CAFM system experience.
* Proficient use of Microsoft software’s and apps.
