Job Description

My Telford based client is currently recruiting for a Scheduler on a permanent basis. • Salary - £26,000 - £28,000 (DOE) • Internal training • Birthday Holiday • Pension Scheme • Company pension • Free parking • On-site parking Key Responsibilities: * Planning Engineers Diaries using in house platform, for both Site Survey’s and Installs * Loading Engineers work to Engineers Tablets * Sending works orders to despatch team. * Liaising with warehouse to ensure stocks are there and will be despatched on time * Working with Account Managers to ensure date allocated to customers are agreeable * Sending reports to customers on completion of work. * Updating CRM * Ordering Engineers Van stock. * Supporting engineers with issues on tablets * Attending production meetings Mon – Thurs * Invoicing of completed job’s Skills and experience:- * Exceptional customer service experience and skills * Ability to multi task and prioritise * Excellent Microsoft office skills Previous roles:- Administrator, Service Administrator, Service Support, Planner, Scheduling Administrator Contact Alex at Major Recruitment Telford for further details We will carefully consider your application and advise you if we're able to progress with your application within 3 working days.
