Alexander Steele Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading estate agency based in West Lothian. Due to a period of exciting growth, they are looking to appoint a Sales Valuer to contribute to the team.

The role:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Valuer will be responsible for conducting viewings, maintaining relationships and striving to achieve the best result for clients.
The successful candidate is tasked with completing property questionnaires, providing feedback to sellers and managing the offer process.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
* Convert sales leads into listing opportunities
* Create alluring social media contact to attract leads
* Conduct accurate and thorough property valuations
* Ensure a seamless handover to the Sales Negotiator after onboarding clients
* Administrative duties such as updating leads tracker and maintaining internal database
* Continuously develop sales approach to refine tactics
* Maintain relationships with clients by regularly checking in
Candidate requirements:
The business is looking for an individual with experience in a similar role within an estate agency environment.
* A strong estate agency sales background
* UK Drivers License and own car
* Excellent communication skills and presentation
* Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
