Job Description

Sales Support Administrator We are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join my client's growing team based in Sidcup. The role will involve driving key accounts within a designated market whilst using effective planning, negotiation and problem solving skills to provide an excellent customer. Job Responsibilities: * Build a rapport with all key customers whilst understanding their needs and delivering to their requirements. * Actively looking to upsell and chase orders to meet revenue targets. * Accurately process customer sales orders and ensure that customers receive all required information. * Ensure all stock levels are appropriate. * Chase payments of unpaid invoices with key customers. * Maintain regular contact with customers to make sure that all their needs are anticipated and that revenue levels can be accurately predicted. * Ensure shipping documentation and export management is carried out to the highest standard. * Process invoices when the goods are dispatched. Requirements: * Advanced Excel Skills * Proven track record of providing excellent customer service, building rapport and achieving targets. * Background within data analysis. This role is offering the hourly rate between £12-14 depending on experience. This is a Monday to Friday 9am-5pm opportunity with an early finish on a Friday.
