Role OverviewMain duties and responsabilities
Manage customer queries quickly and efficiently. Maintain a strong relationship with key accounts
Create quotes for customers within an approved budget.
Set up credit accounts and run credit checks.
Process direct debit payments and monitor monies owed.
Aid with unfinished baskets and web chats.
Chase outstanding monies, where applicable. Communicate effectively with customers to prevent delays in payments.
Accurately maintain and keep up to date customer records.
Scan documents and file appropriately.
Ad hoc admin duties, as required by the Head of Sales.
Look to maintain and improve administrative systems.
About the RoleDue to the continued success of the business, we are looking to further grow our sales department and now have an opportunity to recruit a positive and pro-active Sales Support Administrator. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for managing all areas of the administration including the administration of accounts that pay using the credit facility and working with IT to minimise the administration overhead and increase efficiency. You will maintain an accurate database of customer information such as billing details and will keep updated records.
You will also be a key point of contact for customers, who may need assistance with orders, requests, and queries, so being able to handle and prioritise the influx of customer requests is necessary.
The Sales Administrator will need to be adaptable due to new sales campaigns being boarded and new or current processes may need to be changed to meet the Sales department’s needs.

Working on site in our Crewe Office part time 20 hours. Monday to Friday, flexible hours to be discussed but to be worked between the hours of 9am-5pm , minimum of 4 hours on the chosen days. Salary is £24,211.20 per anum (pro rata)

Essential SkillsSkills Required
1+ years working in a contact centre. (Phone based)
Experience of supporting a sales team in an admin role.
Experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
Be a confident communicator

Be adaptable and flexible
Have a desire to learn and listen and question effectively
