Job Description
Frontline Recruitment is hiring! We’re looking for a Sales Representative with a drive to join a growing team in Derby. Our client is open to training the right candidate, so if you have minimal experience but a great attitude, ambition, and a drive for success, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage and build strong relationships with existing customers through exceptional service
- Support the Sales Department by handling sales and purchasing quotations
- Assist the manager with administrative tasks
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for sales and customer service - ideal aerospace industry
- A self-motivated individual with a strong drive for success
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to learn quickly and take on administrative and sales tasks
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
No extensive experience? No problem! If you have the right attitude and willingness to learn, our client will provide training and development to help you succeed in this role.
Salary: Up to £35,000 (depending on experience) plus sales bonus after qualifying period
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts with a paid 40-minute break
Location: Derby
Job Type: Full-time and permanent
Previous experience advantageous but no formal qualifications are required - training will be provided on-site.
