The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Processor to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage sales orders, ensure seamless processing, and support the sales team in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Order Processing: Accurately process sales orders and ensure timely entry into the system.
* Customer Communication: Liaise with customers to confirm order details, answer queries, and provide updates on order status.
* Coordination: Work closely with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of all sales transactions and related documentation.
* Problem-Solving: Resolve any issues related to order discrepancies, delays, or customer concerns.
* Reporting: Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking performance metrics.
Requirements
* Education: Good standard of English, written and spoken.
* Experience: Previous experience in sales processing, order management, or a similar role is preferred.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, ERP software, MS Office Suite.
* Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication abilities.
