Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Salary: £11.44 - £13.00 per hour (DOE)
About the Role
Our client, a well-established manufacturer of sash windows, is looking for a Sales Order Administrator to join their team in Witham. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Handling enquiries via email and phone, providing excellent customer service
* Managing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
* Ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and customers
Key Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in sales order processing or a similar administrative role
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
