I am currently working with a well-established engineering company in Redditch, who are looking to recruit a Sales Office Administrator to support their Sales team.
The role of the Sales Office Administrator will involve, but is not limited to:
General office administration
Answer calls politely and efficiently when required.
Generate quotes by accurately populating the system.
Follow up/chase and discuss quotes.
Maintain databases including records within the internal systems.
Updating system with any required information (i.e. pricing, delivery details)
Generally providing administrative support as and where required.
The ideal candidate for the Sales Office Administrator will have:
Gained experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication skills at all levels, including the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers.
Competent in all aspects of Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Access.
Strong admin and organisational skills.
Excellent data input skills.
Attention to detail skills.
We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive team player for the role of the Sales Office Administrator, and in return they can expect to receive a competitive salary, depending on their experience in a similar role; to work in a friendly working environment, receive 33 days flexible holiday and free parking on site. The hours of work are 07:45 – 4.30 Monday to Thursday, and 07:45 – 12:15 on Fridays.
