Sales Negotiator
📍Rochdale
💼Full-time | Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
🗓One in four Saturdays (9am–1pm), with time off in lieu the following week
💰£24,000 – £28,000 basic | OTE £35,000+
🎯Permanent Position | Office-Based
A high-performing estate agency in the heart of Littleborough, Rochdale – a busy, well-established branch that consistently meets Vendors and Buyers expectations are looking to add a Sales Negotiator to their all-female powerhouse team due to client demand.
🏡 What You’ll Be Doing:
Registering new buyers accurately using Alto CRM
Scheduling viewings and conducting them when needed
Welcoming buyers and vendors to branch with warmth and professionalism
Turning inbound enquiries into valuation appointments for senior staff
Keeping all parties updated through every stage of their property journey
Working toward team goals with a shared sense of pride and purpose
🧠 Experience & You:
We’re looking for someone with previous experience as a Sales Negotiator – how long you’ve done it matters less than who you are.
If you’re proactive, confident, genuine, and great to be around, you’ll fit right in.
🎁 Benefits:
20 days holiday + bank holidays (increases by 1 day per year, capped at 5 extra days)
