As an established, growing company the role of Sales & Logistics Administrator is an integral part of the company. You will enjoy working with an ecommerce brand offering a range of products.
This award winning company was established over 10 years ago, is fast expanding and has a passion for driving growth. You will be part of a highly successful, friendly, forward thinking team of 12.
As Sales & Logistics Administrator you will be responsible for:
* Responding to customer/order enquiries via email and phone
* Booking and managing appointments with customers and design team
* Ecommerce sales order processing
* Order fulfilment
* Inventory management
* Supplier liaison - stock check, and purchase order chasing, delivery confirmations
* Any other relevant task associated with sales administration
The successful candidate for the role of Sales & Logistics Administrator will:
* Have good written and verbal communication skills
* Be 'tech savvy' and able to pick up new technology
* Be process and task focused
In return the Sales & Logistics Administrator will receive a basic salary in the region of £24-26,000 plus benefits.
