Peterborough
£30,000 - £35,000 plus package
Are you a sales executive in the logistics arena looking for progression? Do you want collaboration, empowerment, and the opportunity to grow and to build a team?
We are working with an established, down to earth and successful logistics business in Peterborough that are growing their operations with up to TWO new sales hires.
With a great mix of existing/dormant clients as well as new business, you will get stuck into growing your portfolio through all channels, targeting key decision makers to engage, qualify and close. You will be skilled in building relationships, being a real "people person", and able to adapt to different clients across multiple industries.
With global reach and a very real opportunity to progress quickly through the business, this is a lovely opportunity to work with a skilled, friendly team, and a manager who actively wants you to grow, succeed, and even build a team as you move up in the company under their mentorship.
Experience in logistics, freight-forwarding, distribution, fulfilment, operations, supply chain or similar is absolutely essential for this. The company has huge plans this year, and whilst they will ensure you are fully trained through a comprehensive induction programme, they need someone to hit the ground running as quickly as possible to start making good progress.
