Sales Director - Refrigeration
A European leader of refrigeration products is looking for a Sales Director to grow the company. You will be rewarded with company shares, a competitive package and complete autonomy in your role
Suitable for a Sales Director, National Sales Manager, Head of Sales or Country Manager from the refrigeration industry who possesses strong relationships with end users
Requirements:
Experience of working within the refrigeration industry
Formal qualifications in a HVAC, engineering or business related field
Long-standing, excellent relationships with commercial and industrial end users
Experience of managing a sales team
Based in the North of England
Package:
Total package value £120,000
Base salary in the region of £75,000
25% bonus based on revenue growth
Shareholder after 6 month probation, worth approximately £25,000 based on current profit
Electric vehicle or allowance
Family health insurance
33 days holiday
6% non-contributory pension
