Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen with an Electrical Wholesaler in Birmingham, who are looking to recruit a Sales Director to develop and lead a sales team within their business.
You must have Electrical Wholesale industry experience and a successful track record in a leadership role, in order to be considered for this position.
Package/benefits:
• Negotiable salary up to £75,000 (D.O.E)

Responsibilities:
• Grow, lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales and business development professionals
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
• Manage key customer accounts and establish long-term partnerships to meet and exceed sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets, help build a team to capitalise on opportunities developing strong relationships with industry stakeholders
• Collaborate with operational team for the continued successful delivery of customer projects
• Develop valuable relationships with suppliers
• Apply value-based sales techniques to maintain competitive advantage, ensuring pricing strategies align with customer needs and market conditions
• Have an analytical and strategic approach, accurate sales forecasting and report downstream and to your peers.
Experience / Skills:
• Electrical Wholesale industry experience
• A successful track record in a similar senior sales leadership role
• Analytical and strategic approach
• Driving Licence
