Location: Harold wood - Romford
Pay: Minimum wage plus Sales incentive
Hours: 6 days a week
Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 06:00 Pm
We are a busy mechanics workshop in Harold wood looking for a reliable and motivated Sales Coordinator to help keep our operations running smoothly.
Sales Coordinator - Key Responsibilities:
✅ Answer phone calls and respond to customer emails professionally.
✅ Schedule and manage bookings for vehicle repairs and services.
✅ Provide accurate pricing and prepare customer quotations.
✅ Handle customer inquiries with excellent service and problem-solving.
✅ Maintain and update customer records and job progress.
✅ Assist with general administrative duties as needed.
✅ Promote special offers and upsell services to customers.
Sales Coordinator - Skills & Requirements:
🔹 Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook).
🔹 Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
🔹 Ability to multitask and stay organized.
🔹 Confidence in handling customer interactions.
🔹 Proactive approach to upselling and promoting services.
🔹 Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not essential.
