Sales Consultant East London Henry Wiltshire are looking to recruit a Sales Consultant for our East London offices. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team and assist in the continued growth of our East London sales department Overall Purpose: Assisting the Associate Director with valuations. Conducting viewings and securing and progressing sales business Sales Consultant - Key Responsibilities and Tasks: * Registering and managing applicants * Carry out viewings * Researching and preparing information for valuations * Take offers from buyers * Sales progression * Feedback to vendors * Support Head of Department * Managing advertisements through the property CRM * Administration Sales Consultant - Person Specification: * Excellent communications skills * Smart and business-like * Knowledgeable about the area and industry * Punctual * Excellent interpersonal skills * Professional and Positive attitude * Self-motivated * Good computer skills * Reliable and trustworthy Sales Consultant - Experience Required: MUST have 3 years estate agency experience MUST drive and have own car Package: £25,000 per annum – plus Commission & Car Allowance
