Job Description
This long standing and well respected local company is looking for someone with excellent retail experience for a Sales Consultant role in a high profile environment. The role includes a salary of £25,079, a bonus scheme where you can realistically earn another £100 to £200 per month, profit share, a pension and free onsite parking with excellent transport links.
About the role:
Working as part of a small professional sales team, you will be assisting in the running of the showroom. Duties will include:
Providing high level customer service and product guidance to customers
Offering advice and answering queries to guide customers in their choice
Working through a customer sale from initial enquiry to closing of the sale
Answering incoming calls and emails and assisting with customer queries and requests for documentation
Dealing with all email enquiries and responding in a professional manner
Processing and updating customer orders on the computer system
The role will involve some negotiation with customers
Ensuring the showroom is presentable at all times
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
A strong background in a similar retail customer service or showroom environment dealing with customers face to face or possibly within a similar face to face role such as estate agency
Experience of working with high value or premium products is beneficial
Good administration skills
Comfortable using Word, Excel and email and be able to compose articulate written responses to customers
Excellent customer care skills, with a calm, attentive and polite approach when dealing with customers and have a sales through service approach
A stable career history is essential
