Job Description:
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of delivering life-changing travel experiences.
* Managing client inquiries efficiently and delivering prompt, accurate quotations to secure bookings and achieve sales targets
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships through phone and in-person meetings, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Collaborating with internal departments to address client needs, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations
* Offering expert advice on destinations and travel options, using your language fluency to cater to diverse client needs
* Engaging in market research and business development to support sales growth and identify new opportunities
* Travelling as required to meet clients, strengthen partnerships, and drive business retention and expansion
Experience Required:
* Proven sales experience, ideally within a client-focused environment
* Fluency in Portuguese, German, or Norwegian is essential
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for exceptional customer service
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office for analysis, reporting, and presentations
