Sales Coach Alderley Edge £40k-£50k Monday to Friday (2 days work from home) 8.30 to 5pm We are looking for an experienced Sales Coach to join our sales function in Alderley Edge, this is a stand alone role with the opportunity to develop a small team around you. If you are looking for a role with lots of creative freedom, where you can guide, grow and shape the sale coaching function this is the job for you! The role will include: * Act as a consultant to salespeople and provide helpful advice on overcoming with job-related challenges * Onboard and train new salespeople * Identify individual and team training needs * Develop educational material, including presentations, sales scripts and case studies * Design training courses and deliver training courses * Gather 360 feedback on all training programs to ensure continuous improvement * Set annual learning and development objectives for the sales team * Work with Senior Leadership Team to understand departmental goals and ensure a collaborative approach to achieving these is adopted * Evaluate employees’ performance after each training If you are an experienced Sales Coach near Alderley Edge looking for a rewarding and challenging role then apply now
