Sales & Logistics Coordinator! Are you looking for your next exciting role in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? We're working with a well-established client that is seeking a motivated Sales & Logistics Coordinator to join their team at their logistics centre near Bury St Edmunds. 🔍 Role Overview As a Sales & Logistics Coordinator, you'll be the key link between the internal teams and customers-helping to ensure everything runs smoothly from order placement through to delivery. This role plays a vital part in maintaining high service standards while keeping things organised behind the scenes. 🧩 Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Manage incoming calls, process orders, and respond to general inquiries with a warm, professional manner. Order Management: Handle quotation requests, order input, and customer documentation. Returns Coordination: Process and track customer returns, ensuring timely resolutions. Account & Payment Handling: Take payments, support with account queries, and assist in customer account setup using Sage. Team Collaboration: Support internal and external sales teams with day-to-day operations.
