They are looking for a Sales Analyst to join their highly successful team in line with growth plans. Ideally, this person will have experience within the Financial Services industry. Sales Analyst Job Purpose Reporting to the Analytics Manager, you will work closely with the Director, Head of New Build Partnerships and Managers. You will review and analyse management information to report on special projects or investigations identified by the management team. Principal Accountabilities Work closely with the Head of New Build Partnerships to ensure consistent and constructive communications with all Partners to protect ongoing relationships with the company and ensure future business success. Promote the handover of relationships with Developers and partners to the Head of New-Build Partnerships to increase business volumes and company profitability. Compile and analyse management information to focus on specific areas the business identifies, increase business levels, and create more efficient systems and processes. Provide timely, in-depth reports of your findings to the Management team in whatever format is most suitable (for example - notes, spreadsheets or diagrams) Report to the Management team regularly on Partner updates and project findings that will enhance the company's service. Promote the company's services and products. Embed a culture whereby Mortgage Advisers know their obligations to their customers and business partners. To set the tone by advocating all company policies and procedures. Collaborate with the management team to ensure the success and profitability of the company. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Introduction & handover of Developer relationships to the Head of New Build Partnerships. Clear, concise, and detailed reports are produced to manage special projects or investigations within the timescales set out for each project. Skills Demonstrated Strong at building, developing and maintaining relationships both internally and externally. Self-motivated and well-organised. Ability to self-manage and maintain a working diary. Be able to work in a team or on an individual basis. Up-to-date regulatory knowledge of the mortgage market. How to Apply   Hit the apply button.
